I get so weak in the knees I can hardly speak,
I lose all control
sigh...its this time of the year AGAIN!......PFT!
whoever is in my grp knows that i will prob do 3 pull ups again this year...
so sad...i have zilch amount of arm muscle apparently...boo hoo...
and i run pretty slow...need to cut 2 secs...hai...im not very fit as you can tell....
MONDAYS SUCK!!!the worse day of the week...
today like damn xian lorh...
i wish i could just disappear from the face of this earth...
